Posies» — these are basically smaller / shorter bouquets.

A bouquet contains many types of flowers – roses, irises, tulips and some others.
Usually it’s a big bouquet.
A bunch of flowers contains just one type of flowers and it’s smaller than bouquet.

«i don’t know the difference between bunch and bouquet of flowers and so i googled it myself
and will highlight the difference as i find them.

“As nouns the difference between bunch and bouquet is that bunch is a group of a number of similar things, either growing together, or in a cluster or clump, usually fastened together while bouquet is a bunch of flowers.

As a verb bunch is to gather into a bunch.

“Difference between “bouquet” and “bunch” of flowers.

A bouquet is a beautiful and artful arrangement of flowers by the size, colour, and variety etc. of the flowers used. However, a bunch is made of randomly chosen flowers, and lacks particular arrangement. The flowers used in the bunch may be the same or may be different.”

so, in my own words, a bouquet is made with love, art and much care and thought, while a bunch
is more random and has less care and thought put into the arrangement.»(с)
